    Rental Sales Agent

    Pay Rate: $20.22/hour
    Unlimited Commission - Average FT Earnings is $48,000/year Up to $1,000 Retention Bonus

    Looking to add knowledgeable and motivated individuals to our continuously expanding team at Avis Budget Group.     What You'll Do:
    • Manage car rentals and promote our products and services at airport rental counters
    • Process contracts and identify customer needs
    • Upsell services to enhance the customer experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service

    What We're Looking For:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)
    • Professional and engaging demeanor
    • Availability for all shifts
    • Ability to sit, stand, and type for extended periods
    • Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States

    6 months of experience in real estate or fast-paced retail sales is a bonus
