Your tasks


You represent our company to our customers from the first contact. As a competent contact person for all matters related to the rental of refrigerated vehicles, vehicle fleet and dispatch. You handle vehicle handover/return, identification of (new) damages including follow-up processing, checking the technical functionality of the rental vehicle and ensuring its rental readiness (washing, maintenance, workshop management) of our high-quality refrigerated vehicle fleet. You are also responsible for creating rental offers, rental contracts and invoices. You take care of vehicle transfers between our stations and customers, and as our ambassador, you are available to assist customers with advice and support. A large driver's license is desirable for the position, but not mandatory. A class B driver's license is essential.

Main tasks:

  • Renting vehicles from our high-quality fleet
  • Personal customer consultation and advice on the phone and at the station
  • You will take care of a diverse clientele and a great product
  • Front and back office tasks such as damage processing, dispatch, fleet management
  • Implementation of the company philosophy "ARNDT Fairmieten" in daily customer contact
  • Preparation of vehicles and delivery/pick-up to/from the customer; representation of our range of services
  • You will get your hands dirty to perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, lenses, etc
