Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our facility.

Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our patients and staff.

Duties:

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and other designated areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures
• Restock supplies in patient rooms and common areas
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of biohazardous materials
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including those outlined by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
• Assist with floor care duties, including carpet cleaning and floor waxing
• Collaborate with the environmental services team to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff Requirements:
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for handling hazardous materials
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
