Your task:

You are a confident salesperson (m/f/d) in the Telekom Shop team.

In customer consultations, you convince as a customer understanding expert who uses their expertise effectively and presents our product world in a lively manner.

As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you will take on the following tasks:

  • You advise and sell standard products and services and clarify customer concerns
  • You process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You support sales promotion measures in the region

Your Profile:

You have a natural talent for selling technical products and solutions. You handle customer concerns with dedication, know-how, and flexibility, and approach sales conversations confidently and friendly. With these competencies, you are the perfect fit for us. You have completed vocational training or have relevant professional experience, ideally in sales.

Furthermore, you stand out with the following knowledge and skills:

  • Confident demeanor and enjoyment of sales
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it
  • High level of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
  • Willingness to adapt working hours to the standard opening hours and customer traffic
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Sales and negotiation skills
