Cafe Assistant II - 6hrs/day (Rio Linda/PC#250317)

Position Summary:

Performs food preparation, portioning, packaging, service, and clean up at a school site that may also serve as a food production facility for remote sites.

Performs as a cashier and operates a point of sale computer.

Salary:
$ $22.61 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
School Year salary rate (effective 7/1/24): $ $23.29


Location:
Rio Linda High School


Hours:6 hours/day; 5 days/week

Education and
Experience**:

The position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and up to two years of experience in large quantity food preparation, food packaging, and serving.


Licenses and Certifications:
A food handler's certificate. May require a valid driver's license.
