For our AWO Service House in the university district of Lübeck, we are looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) for inpatient care as soon as possible in a permanent full-time position.

Here's what awaits you with us:

Coordination of overall tasks in the nursing area, particularly management, structure, and organizational processes in collaboration with the facility management.

You will be responsible for implementing the nursing concept, using current nursing scientific knowledge. Planning and managing quality management, as well as personnel management and scheduling, are part of your responsibilities. You will conduct counseling sessions with clients, family members, and guardians. A skilled handling of external partners (medical doctors, etc.) is also part of your exciting tasks.

Here's what sets you apart:

First and foremost, your personality: A positive attitude towards working with people, compassion, empathy, patience, reliability, flexibility, and openness.

You have completed vocational training in the fields of elderly care, health and nursing care, or pediatric nursing, and have professional experience in the inpatient sector.

Good communication skills and proficiency in German, both written and spoken, are a plus.

You can also earn bonus points with a completed degree in nursing or recognition as a nursing service manager according to §71 SGB XI.
