- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 6 Months related experience preferredWhat You Will Do
- Empty, clean and reline trash containers.
- Properly dispose of all waste including biohazarous materials.
- Assist supervisor with training new hires and in-service training with staff.
- Clean restrooms, restocking dispensers. Dust hard surface floors/vacuum carpets.
- Perform patient interviews on incoming and discharging patients to inform them of the expectations from the EVS department.
- Additional cleaning and bed making as required by patient discharge or transfer to include removal of clinical support equipment and supplies as well as soiled linen.
- Follows-up on complaints and concerns made by patients, family members and staff.
