We are looking for you to join our team in Dranesville. If you do not live in or around Munich, you can also support us up to 60% from home.

What can you expect?

  • You will receive intensive training at our headquarters in Munich and learn everything you need to know to enter the world of energy services
  • On the phone, you will be the competent point of contact for our customers for all questions regarding heating and operating cost statements, as well as our entire product range
  • You will process and document all transactions and customer contacts in the modern SAP system
  • You will distribute tasks from the paperless inbox to the specialist departments

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (m/f/d) or are a career changer from service-related industries such as tourism or trade
  • You have a strong service orientation and communication skills, which are reflected in your enjoyment of telephone customer contact
  • You are interested in innovative, technical products and enjoy working with numbers
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, ideally you already have experience with an ERP system
