Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
  • Conduct legal research on various topics and compile relevant information
  • Manage and organize legal correspondence and documentation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars
  • Prepare and organize materials for trial or court proceedings
  • Assist in drafting correspondence and communicating with clients
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and document management systems
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Skills:


  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain files and records systematically
  • Proficiency in legal research techniques and resources
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in legal documents
  • Familiarity with document management systems for efficient workflow
  • Ability to conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as needed
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of legal case management procedures
  • Capability to transcribe legal documents accurately
  • Understanding of contract drafting and review processes
