A-Pac Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our manufactured plastic packaging products.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of our products and capabilities; and excels at researching companies, starting new relationships, and filling the sales pipeline with quality leads.

The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to work with a marketing team to enhance lead engagement and conversions.

• Utilize B2B database ZoomInfo to do market research generate new sales opportunities
• Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products
• Seek engagement and relationships with prospects to help qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Accurately and efficiently document notes in CRM (Hubspot) for use during sales process
• Set up calls between (prospective) customers and the Sales Manager
• Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

• Two or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or relative field
• Highly organized and process driven

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a sales development representative
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
