Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time position with regular office hours.


Duties:

• Entering and reconciling data into Quickbooks
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Computerize data and maintain electronic records
• Assist with organizing office events and meetings
• Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
• Excellent customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone calls in a professional manner
• Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Quickbooks
