Job Summary:


The Post-Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of products, with a special focus on transformers.

This role is integral to ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our clients and the durability and performance of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair products, especially transformers.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the use and maintenance of our products.
Conduct regular checks and maintenance activities to ensure product functionality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Be willing to travel frequently to various states for on-site service needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

Possess relevant electrical maintenance qualifications, such as NETA Certification, electrician's license or operational certificate.
Proven experience in transformer maintenance and repair services.
U.S. citizenship or holder of a Green Card/work permit.
Ability to travel extensively for long-term assignments across different states.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

$ $35.92 per hour

  • Maintenance: 2 years (required)
Transformer Maintinance: 2 years (required)

  • Power transformer: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)
