Lead and oversee all aspects of production operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Develop and mentor a high-performing production team, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and collective performance. Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of demonstrated progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the paper industry.
Track record of driving results and fostering a culture of excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to adapt to change, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally.
