- Process prescription requests while fostering trusted customer relationships and demonstrating patience, empathy, care, and compassion
- Resolve rejected insurance claims and handle issues to secure the best outcome for customers
- Adhere to department procedures for data input, medication dispensing, and information verification
- Support department operations by assisting with tasks, managing inventory levels through ordering, and organizing and stocking medications and supplies
- Handle products correctly, operate equipment, maintain accurate logs, and follow sanitation protocols
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations to execute data entry and fill prescriptions accurately
- State-specific requirements may include Pharmacy Technician certification
