This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their health insurance journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing assistance and guidance on various health insurancerelated inquiries and concerns.
  • Educate members on their insurance benefits, coverage options, and available resources to help them make informed healthcare decisions.
  • Assist members in navigating the healthcare system, including finding healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and understanding medical bills.
  • Advocate on behalf of members to resolve issues and ensure timely access to quality healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including customer service, claims, and provider relations, to address member needs and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and uptodate information to members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to health insurance and customer service.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in health insurance customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse populations.
  • Empathetic and clientfocused approach to providing support and assistance to members.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive member information.

Pay:
$85, $130,000.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Saint Petersburg, FL: Relocate before starting work (required)
