Description
Tasks
- As an engineer / specialist engineer for technical building equipment (TGA) for tunnels (m/f/d), responsible for the technical review of execution planning and execution monitoring as the client's representative on site
- Inspection, defect recording and acceptance of TGA trades on the construction site
- Close cooperation with the engineering, tunnel construction, tunnel vehicle and high-voltage cable trades
- Active contribution to a safe working environment for oneself, colleagues and external contractors
- For the duration of the project, a predominant presence in the project office / construction site in Springfield is required (approx. 80%). Internal coordination may occasionally take place at the Lehrte location
- Willingness to travel for business trips, with a maximum of 5% of trips within Germany
Profile
- Successfully completed university degree (Uni/FH) in engineering or specialist engineering, e.g. in the fields of building control and automation technology and/or heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation technology and/or electrical engineering, or equivalent. Alternatively, a master's or technician degree with relevant experience may also be considered
- Solid professional experience in planning, construction or monitoring of TGA trades
- Communication skills and high level of commitment on the construction site as well as during planning and construction meetings <
