- RN Supervisor I - Dermatology
Requires an RN from the accredited nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing, or

four years supervisory/management experience. 4 years clinical RN experience with at

least 2 years progressive supervisor/management experience. Texas RN licensure and

BLS certification.


- LVN - MOHS Surgery $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
Requires a graduate from an approved vocational nursing program, 1+ years of

experience in MOHS, OR 2-3 years of related surgical experience. Texas LVN license and

BLS certification. On-the-job OR training with appropriate hours and testing.


- LVN - Dermatology $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
Requires a graduate from an approved vocational nursing program. Texas LVN license

and BLS certification. LVN I - 6 months in a clinical area, LVN II - 4-8 years in a clinical

area, or LVN III - 9+ years in a clinical area.


- MOHS Surgery Tech
Requires a high school diploma/GED from an accredited program and a graduate from

an accredited medical assistant program or school. 1-2 years of related experience as

a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant OR 1-2 years of related surgical assistant

experience. Must complete the review/skill validation program within 90 days of hire into

this role. BLS certification.
