Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers and developers.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical projects from inception to deployment.
• Ensure the timely delivery of highquality products and solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project efficiency.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles promptly.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, services, and tools. (e.g., GCP, AWS, JIRA, etc.)
• Understanding different key technologies and frameworks which are used by the team, such as: Linux, MS Windows, React, , , , Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx, etc.
