    Job DescriptionCollections Customer Service Representative
    Zip Code: Houston, TX 77043 | Location: Beltway 8/Clay RoadEmployment Type: Temp-to-hire | Workplace Type: On-siteSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Salary: $15 - $16 an hourWe are looking for an ideal person who wants to grow with a small team of inbound call center representatives to assist the public regarding their Houston toll tags and accounts. This position serves as a backup to assist with entering license plate information when time permits. If you are punctual, have strong typing skills, and truly enjoy assisting inbound callers, if so, apply today and become the newest Call Center Representative to join a great team of caring representativesCollections Customer Service Representative's Responsibilities
    • Take inbound calls collect payment information, and update customer toll road accounts.
    • Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
    • Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
    Collections Customer Service Representative's Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of recent call center or collections experience; collections experience is a strong plus.
    • Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6500 kph)
    • Essential customer service skills and a professional attitude are always inviting.
    • Must be punctual by arriving on time.
    • Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus.
