Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards. *Stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to achieve desired thickness and size. *Spread sauce evenly over dough and layer with appropriate toppings, ensuring even distribution and proper presentation. *Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. *Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection. *Garnish pizzas with fresh herbs, cheeses, or other ingredients as required. *Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain adequate inventory levels of pizza ingredients. *Assist with the development of new pizza recipes and menu items. *Uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. *Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace. *Handle customer inquiries and special requests regarding pizza orders with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant or pizzeria. *Proficiency in preparing and shaping pizza dough by hand. *Strong knowledge of various pizza styles, ingredients, and flavor profiles. *Ability to work efficiently in a highvolume kitchen environment. *Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail. *Creativity and innovation in developing new pizza recipes and menu concepts. *Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. *Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. *Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
