Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active and consistent social media content calendar.
  • Assist with content creation, scheduling, and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Fulfill digital marketing requests from the online portal, which requires frequent communication and interaction with the sales team.
  • Handson involvement in a variety of marketing projects that interact with digital marketing channels.
  • Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling company information; verbal and/or written documentation.
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with a CRM platform is a plus, but not required, as our team will train this person.
  • Knowledgeable about social media platforms and best practices for engaging the audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously; holds self to a high level of quality.
  • Must be able to make informed decisions and meet deadlines.
  • Must be selfmotivated and enthusiastic to obtain personal and company goals.
  • Ability to stay organized to easily retrieve information and documents as needed.
  • Must maintain knowledge and stay current in marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to peak periods of heavy workload and pressure.

Experience and Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Prior experience in marketing is preferred.
  • Mortgage or banking industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with a CRM, social media schedulers, and Adobe programs would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must maintain industry standard training according to company policies.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Regular attendance inoffice is necessary and essential to this position.
  • Professional atmosphere in an open work environment.
  • Mostly sedentary, however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; talk and hear.
  • Extensive reading and computer use is expected more than 50% of the time. Receiving and expressing detailed information verbally, in person and by telephone is essential. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
