:Position Summary
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain an active and consistent social media content calendar.
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Fulfill digital marketing requests from the online portal, which requires frequent communication and interaction with the sales team.
- Handson involvement in a variety of marketing projects that interact with digital marketing channels.
- Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling company information; verbal and/or written documentation.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with a CRM platform is a plus, but not required, as our team will train this person.
- Knowledgeable about social media platforms and best practices for engaging the audience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously; holds self to a high level of quality.
- Must be able to make informed decisions and meet deadlines.
- Must be selfmotivated and enthusiastic to obtain personal and company goals.
- Ability to stay organized to easily retrieve information and documents as needed.
- Must maintain knowledge and stay current in marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to peak periods of heavy workload and pressure.
Experience and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Prior experience in marketing is preferred.
- Mortgage or banking industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with a CRM, social media schedulers, and Adobe programs would be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must maintain industry standard training according to company policies.

Requirements:
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regular attendance inoffice is necessary and essential to this position.
- Professional atmosphere in an open work environment.
- Mostly sedentary, however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; talk and hear.
- Extensive reading and computer use is expected more than 50% of the time. Receiving and expressing detailed information verbally, in person and by telephone is essential. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
