    The Firm handles litigation in all New York State and Federal Courts and all venues throughout the State of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

    Our members and employees were all trained by a leader in insurance defense and investigating suspect and fraudulent insurance claims, who now joins us to assist in growing the legacy he helped to create.

    Our firm is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team.

    This position involves representing our clients in various insurance defense matters, including litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance fraud cases, and more.

    Actively manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
    Provide legal representation to our clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
    Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and identify potential issues.
    Conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies and advise clients on potential legal risks.
    Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
    Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advise them on the legal implications of accepting settlement offers.
    Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the successful resolution of cases.
    Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance defense.
    degree from an accredited law school.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense, litigation, and trial practice.
    Proven experience in insurance coverage, insurance fraud, and civil litigation.
    Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
    Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
    Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
