  • Estimator (m/f/d) Building Restoration

Responsibilities:


  • Are you an expert in analyzing tenders? Do you create independent, responsible and timely offer calculations?
  • Development of special proposals and alternative offers
  • Processing of inquiries from subcontractors and suppliers and creation of price comparisons
  • Preparation of additional agreements in cooperation with the construction management

  • Several years of professional experience as an estimator or construction manager, ideally in the following areas:
  • Building restoration
  • Civil engineering
  • Road construction
  • Mastic asphalt
- & Waterproofing installation

  • Experience in using calculation and billing programs (ideally iTWO)
  • You communicate convincingly and goaloriented In addition, you have a talent for developing independent solution strategies An open and collaborative team environment is important to you
