Hudson Valley Regional Community Health Centers (HVRCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with locations in Brewster and Poughkeepsie, seeks an RN primarily for our Brewster location.

This is a full-time benefit-eligible position. Generous leave package, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) participation.

Responsibilities will include:

Performing patient triage;
Assisting clinician with examinations and medical procedures;
Taking and recording patients' vital signs;
Administering medication, as directed by clinicians;
Performing venipuncture as directed by clinicians;
Reviewing and recording incoming medical documents;
Recording data into the EMR;
Monitoring operations to maintain compliance with Department of Health and OSHA regulations;
A degree from a Nursing Education program, acceptable to the NY State Education Department;
A New York State Registered Nurse license; and

Basic Life Support certification

A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse;
The ability to work in a team environment;
The eagerness to learn and grow professionally;
Experience working with individuals with disabilities and experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center a plus


Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
