Job Description Who you are**:

A self-motivated professional inside salesperson with a proven track record of sales achievement within a telephonic/call center environment.

You have a passion for helping others telephonically and connecting with professionals to grow certain accounts and increasing sales conversion.

What you will do:


  • Manage customer / referral pipeline on a daily basis and accurately record in our CRM to ensure uptodate communication with all professional referral sources.
  • Generate a minimum of 4 Moves per month from PTO, LOA and attrition support.
  • Nurture relationships for the AE/HCAR and be a thought leader and resource for senior living options.
  • Familiarize yourself with the healthcare professionals ecosystem to determine how APFM can best fit into their operations
  • Achieve goals via coldcalling, managing telephonic appointments and Zoom/WebEx meetings as necessary.
  • Understand and appreciate the needs and wants of your healthcare professionals and the families they serve in order to provide appropriate assistance to seniors and families needing senior housing assistance
  • Work collaboratively with your Senior Living Advisors and cross functionally with other teams to ensure a best in class experience for all customers
  • Test and refine new capabilities to grow the healthcare channel.

Qualifications

  • Collaborative inside sales professional who is excited by personally contributing to the growth and success of their customers and APFM
  • 2+ years telephone sales/ telemarketing, business development or relationship sales is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution
  • Basic Technology Skills a must; Social Media savviness and VOIP telephony system experience a plus
  • Must have hardwired internet connection access
  • Clear and articulate phone presence with demonstrated communication and problem solving skills.
  • Cold calling experience: 5070 dials daily.
  • Determination to break down barriers to success.
  • Ability to multitask; talk on the phone and take notes on computer.
  • Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multistakeholder sale.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Must be able to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment.
  • Effective use of social media, such as; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently and solve issues to appropriate resolution.
  • Experience with Five9 (or similar) telephony platform system preferred.

Additional Information Compensation**- Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

  • Bonus: $1000/month
