Full time

Pay range:
$18.50 to $27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information, order details, shipping addresses, and payment information, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and product information, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including warehouse, shipping, and finance departments, to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve order discrepancies, and address customerrelated issues or concerns.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customerfocused demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and customer service tasks.
