The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized part-time Junior Project Manager to join our team.

You'll play a key role in supporting our project leads in managing and implementing a wide range of operational and technological initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and overseeing various project elements, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to gather project requirements.
• Help maintain project documentation and update project management tools.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions such as CRM setups, AI document storage, and more.
• Contribute to the training and rollout of new systems and software to employees.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of general project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with office productivity tools; knowledge of Notion is a plus.
• Interest in technology and operations within the legal sector.
