What to expect:

You will complete your practical training in various departments of the regional office.
You will assist customers over the phone, through contact with a field representative, or directly in different specialized departments.
You will make decisions together with your training supervisor regarding the acceptance of insurance applications and handle claims.
You will spend a few weeks getting a taste of working in a branch office in the field.
In addition to attending vocational school, you will participate in seminars about our product world.
Your training will begin on [date] and last for 2.5 to 3 years.
