HRIT People is currently working with a well-established global company located in Munich for the past two years. This company has a workforce of over 12,000 employees in more than 30 countries and is currently in the initial stages of a global HR transformation and implementation of multiple HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as the core system.

To join our growing and skilled internal HR-Technology team, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an open mindset towards new technologies and tools.

The Global People & Transformation team is responsible for HR digitization, people strategy development, and project/change management.

Your role will include:

  • Co-leading global HRIT projects with HR system leads to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Gathering business requirements, prioritizing, planning, and managing process workshops, and facilitating decision-making, documentation, and communication.
  • Assisting in implementing change activities to promote the usage of digital tools and processes.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, including interface mappings, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in global project management, with a focus on process consulting for integrated HR IT solutions using leading systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment,
