- Co-write assignments, varying in length and detail, for various sized Federal Government responses, including large, complex RFPs that require research, analysis, creativity, and judgment to write a compelling, compliant response.
- Collaborate closely with Director of Proposal Development, Business Developers, Capture Managers, SMEs, and Proposal Facilitators
- Conduct compliance reviews, identify gaps, and collaborate across Bestica, Inc., its subsidiaries, and subcontractors to enhance content.
- Qualify Bestica, Inc. capabilities; comply with RFP requirements and legal guidelines.
- Participate in Color Team reviews.
- Support the gathering, writing, archiving, and indexing of corporate processes and re-use data for Bestica, Inc. knowledgebase libraries.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, decomposing, and responding to Federal Government solicitations for technical, management, resume, past performance, experience, and Plan requirements.
- 3+ years of experience as a communications or technical writer; education may substitute experience.
- Ability to organize, manage, and collaborate with other authors and various levels of internal staff and teammates.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous assignments and meet critical deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required [English, Journalism, Technical Writing degrees preferred]

Key Role: Collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, and SMEs to understand solutions, identify and document discriminators and innovations, and write proposal content that is compliant and compelling.
