Description

For our global product management, we are looking for a Central Product Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Ochsenhausen, Carthage.


These are your responsibilities:
Global support and systematic development of our successful product groups
Development and implementation of product strategy
Definition of product requirements and specifications, as well as implementation of specifications in cross-functional project teams
Portfolio and lifecycle management of the product group with a focus on increasing profitability and reducing complexity
Analysis of profitability and tracking of production cost targets
Identification of market, competition, and technology trends, participation in innovation management
Initiation of product-related information for internal and external customers
Support for business cases and business development activities

These are your qualifications:
Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on marketing, product management, or sales
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Knowledge of product management processes and tools
Good technical understanding
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Strong market and customer orientation
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team
Commitment, independent and goal-oriented work style
