The Bavarian Red Cross, a public corporation, is a large welfare association and the leading aid organization in Bavaria. The BRK district association Ostallgäu employs approximately 900 employees. In addition, around 2300 volunteers are involved. As a competent service provider, we are looking for dedicated employees who want to actively and proactively shape their future with us.

We are looking for a dedicated intern (m/f/d) in human resources management (summer semester 2024) for our district association in Marktoberdorf.

Tasks:

  • Support of the personnel officers in day-to-day business
  • Organization and processing of office tasks
  • Preparation of employment contracts and additional agreements according to specifications
  • Independent handling of projects on a small scale

Your profile:

  • Studies in business administration, healthcare management, or similar
  • Interest in a career in human resources management
  • Independent work style and high level of initiative
  • You have good to very good MS Office skills
  • Intercultural competence and identification with the principles of the Red Cross
