Shannon Diversified, Inc. is
looking for an extraordinary detail-oriented HR Coordinator/Administrative.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in two main roles with a variety of tasks; HR and Administration tasks.

Must be willing to work in a dual role and be a team-player.


General Outline of Duties

  • Will work under the direction of the CEO of the company.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Must have extraordinary discretion, confidentiality abilities.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail.
  • Assisting in the developing and updating company policies through strong knowledge and experience in HR principles and CA Labor law.
  • Provides Administrative support to the Owners and Managers.
  • Maintain and updates all office and company insurance policies
  • Process /Approve Technician and Office Staff payroll.
  • Oversee office procedures and tasks.
  • Assist in office administration as needed.
  • Willing to work in an small business environment and be a "team player".

Qualifications

  • 5+ years recent Full time HR experience with strong attention to detail & accuracy is critical.
  • 5+ years recent supervisor or manager experience
  • Knowledge HR principles, federal/local regulations.
  • Must be Computer literate and have excellent communications skills verbally and written
  • Must be a people person, approachable.
  • Ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
  • Superior multitasking capabilities with the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Great Time Management
  • Know how to Prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ( Interested Applicants will be tested on excel, HR, and business writing for skill level)
  • Bilingual is a Plus. ( English/Spanish)

Salary:
$ $30.00 Per Hour. DOE


Experience:


  • HR 5+ years (required)
  • Administrative 5+ years (required)
  • Spanish a Plus

Education:


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree majoring in HR or Business is preferred but not required.
