Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
Manage and maintain a customer "Sales lead" database.
Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
Education and Training provided onthejob.
Maintain an efficient calendar of daytoday activities.
Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products, processes, and services.
All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
Strong customer service and inperson presentation skills.
Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multitask.
Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.
Selfmotivated.
Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
Pass a background check.
Pest Control customer service experience preferred.
