Training

As an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all repairs, maintenance, and servicing of motor vehicles. The training can focus on traditional car technology or on system and high-voltage technology. All technical activities on vehicles of the following brands:

Volkswagen,
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
Audi
Skoda
Seat
Cupra

will be the focus. After completing the training, you will be well-equipped to diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical defects. You will have experience in traditional mechanical repair of engines and transmissions, and be able to unlock electric vehicles for repair. Your tasks will also include working on chassis, performing chassis measurements and adjustments, and calibrating driver assistance systems.

You will spend most of your 3.5-year training in the workshop at Stateburg. You will always be accompanied by an experienced colleague who will guide you step by step in your tasks as an automotive mechatronics technician. As your training progresses, you will take on more responsibility and work on customer orders independently.
