Seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team

Business Process Analyst with expertise in researching, analyzing, and optimizing company-wide processes
Data-driven insights for proposing improvements and adapting processes to meet evolving business needs
Skilled in guiding teams without direct management, aligning processes with long-term goals
Proficient in visualizing and optimizing interrelated processes, with a focus on efficiency
Excellent communicator, emotionally intelligent, and adept at managing multiple priorities
Analytical thinker with a knack for data-driven business recommendations
Natural leader with the ability to define and modify processes, eager to learn and adapt

Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:

Engage with diverse team members to gather business requirements and uncover improvement opportunities
Document processes comprehensively and lead teams through mapping current and desired processes. Address city-specific variations in company-wide processes
Conduct efficient data extraction and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and predictive measures

Secure consensus on recommendations and present findings to management

Collaborate with the Application Development Team to ensure system alignment with business processes
Coordinate with trainers for effective communication of processes to all team members
Manage projects with action plans, communication, and meetings
Facilitate virtual discussions and travel occasionally for project needs (15-20% travel in normal circumstances)

Business Process Analyst Skills &

Education Requirements:

Prior experience in business process analysis or improvement (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
Project management proficiency – adept at leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
Openness to embrace new technology and develop technical skills for business solution development
Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and data analytics (Developer skills not mandatory, but ability to interact with diverse information forms is essential)
