Role Description
This is a contract role for a Case Management Nurse at Traveler friendly hospital in Pasadena, CA. As a Case Management Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, developing care plans, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, manage patient records, and provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
June 10th start date. This position is Monday- Friday and weekends are not required. This a position requires discharge planning and no UR.
The weekly payrate is $ including stipends. This a 13-week travel contract.
