Your tasks
- Participation in the preparation of offers and cost-conscious order processing with controlling.
- Ensuring project and construction site processing according to predetermined process flow.
- Processing and solving technically challenging tasks.
- Responsible for proper execution of construction projects and compliance with legal regulations.
- Operational participation in trades, execution control according to approved construction documents.
- Responsibility for deadlines, cost-effectiveness, quality, personnel allocation, safety requirements, coordination with subcontractors, measurement creation, document verification, daily communication, weekly reporting, and implementation of the quality management system in the area of responsibility.
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of civil engineering, construction management, construction project management or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in comparable positions in construction or construction project management.
- Sound knowledge of construction and understanding of technically demanding tasks.
- Experience in independent planning, coordination and monitoring of construction projects.
