Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform punchout work, including repairing and finishing tasks in residential and commercial construction projects
• Hang doors, install hardware, and make necessary adjustments for proper fit
• Conduct construction painting, including touchups and final finishes
• Assist with electrical work, such as installing light fixtures or outlets
• Fabricate and install custom pieces, such as shelves or cabinets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience:

• Plastering and drywall repair
• General maintenance person skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and punchout work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality workmanship
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
