What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Point of contact for sales partners and system houses for technical incidents
  • Support of our business customers, sales partners and private customers for technical inquiries and complaints
  • Processing of the email collection mailbox and taking over calls on collective call numbers
  • Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the areas of VoIP, xDSL, fiber optics, mobile communications and Teams products based on tickets
  • Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the area of cloud products based on tickets
  • Clarification of system configurations with sales partners and end customers
  • Configuration of Gamma cloud PBX systems including routing structures and customer requests within the system
  • Configuration of test installations and verification of existing or newly introduced features and reconstruction of errors
  • Communication with manufacturers/suppliers and technology partners in the area of analysis and resolution of errors
  • Internal coordination with various departments, especially 3rd level support NGN (NGN team), order processing and partner and sales management
  • Internal support for various departments (e.g. sales) for technical inquiries
