Your responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and entering new markets in the pharmaceutical industry
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market analysis and competitive research
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Lead a team of 2 business development managers and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
Actively participate in negotiations and close contracts to realize business opportunities

Your profile

Degree in natural sciences, preferably with a focus on pharmacy or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated professional experience in business development or similar positions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of market intelligence, market analysis, and strategic planning
Excellent communication skills and experience in negotiation, with fluency in German and English
Team-oriented work style and ability to motivate and lead others
