Comprehensive Mobile Care is searching for a Full-time Customer Relations Specialist.

Comprehensive Mobile Care, one of the leading nationwide supporters of dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry providers catering to U.S. seniors, has an opportunity for a Full-Time Customer Relations Specialist.

We are located in North Phoenix at the 101 and 7th Street. This office position is in our brand new office building. It is a warm and friendly place to work with a mission-driven, team environment.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization skills
Detail oriented
Strong and quality customer service skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following (see below):

Build solid relationships with nursing homes and other senior facilities staff members, policyholders, and policyholder families
Accounts receivable making calls and/or correspondence in an educational manner
Provide customer service regarding account issues and supporting in making premium payments
Complete tasks with accuracy and within a timely manner
Various additional tasks as assigned

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
