We are currently seeking a full-time Market Leader (m/f/d) for our hagebaumarkt in Gifhorn Gamsen to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing our hagebaumarkt, including the garden center, with a total sales area of approximately 4,500 square meters
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and being responsible for cost control and achieving sales targets and goals
  • Using data analysis to make independent decisions on product selection and implementing advertising and sales promotion measures with a focus on our customers
  • Planning staff needs and schedules, and actively participating in the hiring process for new employees and apprentices
  • Providing individual support and development for your team as a motivator and coach (m/f/d)
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures, conducting annual inventory, and managing the organization and execution of daily operations
  • Managing work time accounts

What we are looking for:

  • Completed commercial and/or trade apprenticeship
