    UI Designer | Lead

    Job Overview:

    • Provide creative direction to the UX/UI team while overseeing and approving all design deliverables
    • Collaborate with artists, designers, producers, and engineers across various teams
    • Produce data-driven UX designs focusing on user-friendly navigation and player experiences
    • Contribute to maintaining design systems and ensuring adherence to visual guidelines and accessibility standards

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Give guidance to the UX/UI team, review and endorse all design deliverables
    • Create and present strategic design artifacts to stakeholders and team members
    • Offer art direction to senior and mid-level designers for developing custom assets
    • Work closely with engineers and designers to implement visuals and assets

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products and platforms
    • Prior experience in a leadership role within the UX/UI domain
    • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and CommonUI
    • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

    Additional Skills:

    • Knowledge of motion graphics
    • Familiarity with online player behaviors and current digital trends
