About the role
This role is an exciting role to lead our rapidly expanding AMER Operational team of 8 employees.

The role will report directly to our Managing Director in AMER and will have fully responsibility for delivering through our brilliant AMER team.

The role is responsible through delivering through the team for reviewing our clients accounts to ensure we are creating a brilliant client experience which leads to brilliant client performance and retention.

• Be responsible for the right strategy performance and Progression model activity across the AMER accounts to identify any weaknesses and execute well considered plans to address quickly and effectively
• Build and maintain the right relationships with peers on client side, to understand the overall business objectives, alongside personal aspirations
• Support our new business and marketing teams to hit our internal targets, and bring new opportunities and ideas to us
• Create and maintain the right relationships with our key partners, networks and SaaS platform suppliers
• Proactively identify any client risks and ensure appropriate plans are in place to create a winwin solution.
• You will understand all of our key performance indicators and be responsible for the success of your team, against these metrics.
• Outline industry trends that will impact the future of affiliate and partner marketing and your sector as a whole, you will drive new ideas and innovation from within your team and wider agency.
• Deliver through your team ensuring they are driving the right performance for our clients
• Proactively manages over/under performance
• Create a learning culture within the team to ensure the team are able to perform in the right way
• Create build and deliver effective plans and strategies to ensure we are servicing our clients in the right way
• Be an ambassador for the Silverbean group
• Attend external conferences and events to represent the agency
• Set the right outcomes for the division and individuals
• Be responsible for all operations

What we would be looking at from you;

• Leadership: You will ensure that you are delivering gold standard performance through the AMER team, ensuring they move forward ensuring they have regular performance reviews, feedback and development plans.
• Ideally experience leading a team in Digital Marketing
• Organised: You'll be confident in managing a busy workload and delivering through your team to hit client metrics and deadlines.
• Innovative and enthusiastic: You will create a cohesive, dynamic team environment and support them with any challenges
• An excellent communicator: You effectively communicate the agency's strategy and adapt your approach to get the best results.
