- Provide innovative insights for the development of strategic Key Account Marketing Plans aimed at boosting preference and demand for Tempur Sealy and the respective brands of the account
- Create tailored marketing strategies and initiatives for different channels and accounts to complement established national brand campaigns, new product launches, and other projects
- Oversee Retail Marketing-related relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Utilize shopper, customer, and category insights in a 'solution-selling' approach
- Act as the liaison between our accounts, Sales team, and various departments to contribute to New Product Development, Product Launches, and National Marketing plans
- Collaborate closely with all cross-functional teams, acting as the primary contact for the Customer Marketing team during client interactions
- Work with subject matter experts across functions to integrate 'Retail Edge' tools into customer plans, enhancing the effectiveness of our collaborative efforts and establishing a competitive advantage for Tempur Sealy
- Undertake any other assigned duties as required
