Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Duties:

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or nonconformities
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance product quality
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant quality standards
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures
Support project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve qualityrelated issues Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality systems, including HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations
Proficient in conducting quality inspections and using relevant tools and equipment
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
