Job Summary:
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to customers
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and update account information
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or Salesforce is advantageous
Pay:
$75, $95,000.00 per year
