Overview
Our Award Winning Client seeks a skilled Project Manager for a full-time onsite position. Our client, a nationally recognized leader in the industry, has won numerous awards for excellence. The Project Manager will oversee a variety of large-scale commercial and industrial projects.


Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Enforcing safety and quality management policies and procedures.
  • Conducting onsite inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Establishing strategic project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Overseeing construction progress to ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary constraints.
  • Managing procurement, subcontractor relationships, and material purchasing.
  • Representing the company in contract negotiations and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Leading project teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management preferred, with a minimum of 7 years of Project Manager experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
  • OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with construction survey and scheduling.
  • Excellent understanding of construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam, Heavy-Job, and Viewpoint Vista.

Additional Information

  • Fulltime position with relocation assistance available.
  • 5+ to 7 years of experience required.
  • Midsenior level position; management experience not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum education requirement.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

Pay:
$128, $151,250.00 per year
