Requirements:

Oyster Bartender Responsibilities:

After lunch restock station

Set up station with cleaning supplies and necessary condiments:

Check charbroiled pans & shuck oysters as needed for service:

Focus on customer service:

Make sure all surfaces are clean including sink and drains:

Clean plates are restocked & ready for day & night shift:

Identify food levels for evening service:

Meet with closer to address needs for the evening & the needs for opening the next day:

Clean restaurant:

Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster:

Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables:

Restock ice:

Sweep floors:

Mop floors:

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned:

Interact with guests professionally:

Light cleaning:

Restroom checks:

Make fresh mignonette and oyster shooter sauce daily
